IMPACT CREATIVE RECRUITMENT: Part time Payroll Administrator
I am working with an amazing television and Production company in central London who are seeking a part time Payroll Administrator to join their sociable team. The Payroll administrator would be working 2.5/3 days a week alongside there outgoing finance team.
This is a replacement position liaising closely with both HR and finance and taking care of over 220 members of staff and 12 payrolls. The Payroll Administrator will responsible for managing the central staff list, process new starter information, dealing with payroll queries, set up payments via their bank account and process timesheets for runners. You will uploading all payroll information onto their IRIS software along with PeopleHR.
As this is a sole role you will need to be independent and be able to work under pressure. The right candidate will have worked in a similar payroll role for at least 2 years and ideally within a sole position. You will need to have great organisation skills, ability to work closely with different characters in the office and understand fundamentals of accounting and payroll principles.
