Part Time Administrator
Due to continued growth ITS are looking for a part time experienced administrator to join a small but busy admin team in their Bristol office.
The role of administrator will involve managing the back office function of our business – ensuring that our payroll is run efficiently every week, dealing with compliance, sending invoices to clients and dealing with any queries that may arise from clients or candidates. The role will also include providing help and support to the sales team and directors on a daily basis.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Accuracy and able to pay attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and flexible
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional attitude
